Refund Policy Timeframe Guidelines
Our refund policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-Refundable Items

When requesting a refund, you must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.Do not send items directly to the manufacturer.

We may issue a partial refund in the following cases:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and notify you if your refund is approved.If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your credit card or original payment method within 15 business days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund yet:

- Contact your credit card company—processing times may vary before the refund appears officially.
- Then contact your bank, as there may be a processing delay.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only items purchased at full price are eligible for refunds; sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items.If you wish to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at service@nuvirne.com.
Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equivalent to the refund amount. Once we receive the returned item, we will send you a gift voucher.
- If the gift was purchased by someone else and shipped directly to you, or if the purchaser sent the gift to themselves first before forwarding it to you, we will refund the original purchaser, who will be notified of the refund.
Return Shipping Instructions
You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs; shipping fees are non-refundable.If your refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
For items with a return value exceeding 75 €, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
